"Granice praw człowieka: Dialog między obowiązkami a wolnością” 13 czerwca 2025 r

Współcześnie obserwujemy narastający trend skrajnej indywidualizacji, objawiający się w dążeniu do zaspokajania indywidualnych oczekiwań i potrzeb bez uwzględniania dobra ogółu społeczeństwa i państwa. Należy jednak pamiętać, iż obok praw, obywatelom przysługują również obowiązki wobec państwa.

Konferencja zatytułowana “Granice praw człowieka: Dialog między obowiązkami a wolnością” będzie koncentrować się na roli i odpowiedzialności obywateli w przestrzeganiu i promowaniu praw człowieka. Celem konferencji jest zbadanie, jak różne aspekty życia społecznego i prawnego wpływają na wzajemne relacje między jednostkami, państwem, podmiotami gospodarczymi oraz organami ścigania i wymiaru sprawiedliwości w kontekście egzekwowania fundamentalnych praw i wolności człowieka.

Konferencja obejmuje szeroki zakres tematów związanych z obowiązkami ludzi w stosowaniu zasad praw człowieka w różnych dziedzinach życia. Główne obszary dyskusji to:

Relacje obywatel-państwo i wzajemne obowiązki w zakresie poszanowania praw człowieka
Obowiązki jednostek w przestrzeganiu praw człowieka w kontaktach międzyludzkich
Rola praw człowieka w prawie gospodarczym i obowiązki przedsiębiorców
Obowiązki organów ścigania i wymiaru sprawiedliwości w zakresie karnym w kontekście praw człowieka.

Proponowane panele tematyczne

  1. Relacje obywatel-państwo i wzajemne obowiązki w zakresie poszanowania praw człowieka
  2. Obowiązki jednostek w przestrzeganiu praw człowieka w kontaktach międzyludzkich
  3. Rola praw człowieka w prawie gospodarczym i obowiązki przedsiębiorców
  4. Obowiązki organów ścigania i wymiaru sprawiedliwości w zakresie karnym w kontekście praw.

Po konferencji planowane jest wydanie publikacji wieloautorskiej z możliwością dofinansowania ze środków budżetu państwa.

Publikacja będzie wydana w Wydawnictwie WSGE.
