Process of admission to AWSGE

1. Send us documents

For Bachelor’s degree studies:

• Passport
• High School documents (10th grade educational documents + 12th grade educational documents – certificate as well as marksheets)
• Language Certificate if available (the language certificate such as IELT, TOEFL or others are not necessary but highly recommended),
• Experience documents – if the student has a gap,
• Statement of purpose;

For Master’s degree studies:

• Passport
• High School documents (10th grade educational documents + 12th grade educational documents – certificate as well as marksheets)
• Bachelor’s degree documents (certificate as well as marksheets),
• Language Certificate if available (the language certificate such as IELT, TOEFL or others are not necessary but highly recommended),
• Experience documents – if the student has a gap,
• Statement of purpose.

2. Wait for assessment of your files (we will inform you about acceptance of the documents by email.

3. Take Skype interview/English test

All candidates are required to take Skype interview as well as English test. The purpose of this part of recruitment process is to check the knowledge of the students (from previous studies), his/her language level as well as the reasons for study in Poland. Student should have some knowledge about our University, Poland, and course that he is going to study. Also, the student should know why he/she is going to study this particular course and how this course will help him/her in the future.

Please note – the student should take this interview without any help of third party. Any issues in this area will result in rejection of candidate. Also, be sure that the computer (or other devise), the Internet connection, camera and microphone/speakers are working properly. During the interview your camera must be turn on.

4. Pay administration fee of 200 euro after being accepted during the Skype Interview (this fee is paid only by accepted students and it is not refundable – so do not make the payment before Skype Interview Result)

5. Get the offer letter – it will be send by e-mail

Students, who are accepted after documents evaluation and the positive result of Skype Interview (interview and English test), will get the offer letter.

6. Get the date in the Embassy / Consulate /VFS

7. Pay fees

After getting the date in Embassy, Consulate or VFS – student should make the payment of the tuition fee and other required payments. After, full payment reached our account, we will issue the Invitation letter as well as financial documents which are necessary condition to apply for study visa.

Please remember – most of the Embassies or Consulates required the original documents from University. We are sending them by DHL, and it takes some time.

8. Prepare the visa File and Apply for Visa – please check the visa requirements before starting the process

The required fee:

Tuition fee for the first year of studies:

• BBA (Bachelor’s in Business Administration) – 2800 euro/year,
• BHTM (Bachelor’s in Hotel and Tourism Management) – 2800 euro/year,
• MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) – 3000 euro/year,
• MHTM (Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management) – 3000 euro/year,
• Accommodation fee – 600 euro (2 months + security deposit).
